Recall: Team Talkin’ Tool Bench
CPSC recalled this product on September 22, 2006 after two toddler deaths. Its notice identifies oversized plastic toy nails that can become lodged in a child’s throat.

Identify the bench and the affected pieces
The recall describes a plastic bench about 20 inches tall, with a red animated saw, yellow drill, blue vise and a red Playskool logo on its brown surface. Toysit’s original photograph matches those features in the official image.
The notice concerns the two plastic toy nails supplied with the bench. CPSC’s photograph includes an enlarged view of them. Use that official illustration when identifying loose accessories; a general resemblance to a toy screw or peg is not enough.
