The play at a glance

A little arcade built around one bounce

A yellow pad waits below a red target, with shiny balls gathered in the tray at the front. Bounce a ball onto the pad and watch it rise toward one of three openings. A spoken score gives the tiny journey an arcade flourish; the next ball offers another chance to find the center.

Three openings, three different challenges

The target’s nested rings frame three holes above the small trampoline. The original guide gives a bull’s-eye three points, the inner ring two and the outer ring one in the two point-scoring games. That makes each successful bounce a small moment of suspense: where will it land, and how much will it add?

30-Second Blitz asks for a high score against a short clock. 25-Point Rush asks how quickly you can reach the target total. Bulls-Eye Ace concentrates on center hits, ending after ten ring-hit misses. Practice Mode announces successful holes while leaving out the cumulative score. These choices give the same bounce a different purpose from one round to the next.

Try a bounce commentator

Original Toysit activity: imagine that the little red target is hosting a grand arcade final. One person takes an ordinary practice turn; another watches one ball closely. After the turn, the commentator gives a single-sentence replay: “A low bounce, a rising curve, and straight through the middle!” Describe what actually happened, then add your own dramatic delivery.

On paper beside the game, draw a simple arc for that bounce. Give the replay a playful name, such as “The Moon Hop” or “The Nearly There.” Swap roles so everyone gets to be player, observer and announcer. A miss can make just as good a replay as a center hit.

For a drawing-only version, sketch a pad and three openings, then draw an imaginary ball’s route and narrate it. The paper version supplies its own story; the electronic game keeps its usual rules.

Make room for the next turn

The guide labels this edition for ages seven and up and warns about its small balls. Use the specified game balls, keep them together between sessions and follow the guide for setup. Keep the replay paper beside the unit so the tray and bounce surface stay clear. A short pause between turns gives each player time to hear the score and choose the next challenge.
